If you’re joining us over the summer, we have a number of shared events and services with some of our fellow churches in Island Bay. Here are the details for those services:

Sunday 8 December – Island Bay Community Carols @ St Hilda’s

Join us as the combined churches of Island Bay present our annual Island Bay Community Carols. St Hilda’s Anglican hosts us, from 5pm. There will be a bouncy castle, games, a sausage sizzle, ice cream and the wonderful carol service.

Wednesday 25 December – Christmas Day worship gathering at WSBC, at 9:30am

Join us as we celebrate together the birth of Jesus, the Word of God become flesh.

Sunday 29 December – Combined Service at Island Bay Presbyterian, at 10am

The first of our three combined services with Island Bay Presbyterian and St Hilda’s Anglican. We’ll be joining IBPC at 88 The Parade.

Sunday 5 January – Combined Service at St Hilda’s Anglican, at 10am.

We’ll be joining the Anglican community at 311 The Parade.

Sunday 12 January – Combined Service here at Wellington South Baptist, 10am

Join us for the final combined service of the summer!

19 January – 2 February, 10am at WSBC

Back to our regular 10am services here at WSBC. The start of the year will be pretty low key as usual.

9 February – Island Bay Festival

As usual, we won’t have our regular church service on Festival weekend. This year, the parade is on Sunday starting at 10am.
